Brand new construction meets independent off grid living in this turnkey tiny home in Hawaiian Acres on Hawaiʻi Island. Set among native ʻōhiʻa, the property is bordered by undeveloped lots on three sides, creating a natural buffer from neighbors. The newly built main structure uses structurally insulated panels (SIP) for strong thermal performance, helping the interior stay cooler during the day and warmer at night. Insulated double-pane tinted windows include screens, while lockable metal frame sliding glass doors connect the interior to a 200 sq. ft. deck. The property offers 728 sq. ft. of roof, important to the rainwater collection system. Inside, the home interior includes a kitchen with granite countertop, two-burner propane stove, refrigerator, cabinets, and storage.
